Two important things I’ve learned so far:
- be healthy (physical and mental) is extremely important, and
- forgive yourself for things of the past is freeing.
I won’t tell you that everything changes overnight, because that’s not how it works (it’s a slow job, like a little ant!), however I can tell you that the heart finally becomes lighter, in peace and gives you enough clarity to close and start new chapters.
As usual August is the most reflective month for me, it’s when I notice if I followed the initial planning and if nothing went as planned, then I take a deep breath and try to understand the reasons that freeze me up. This self-analysis is not so simple, I’m learning to be kinder to myself (I’m extremely perfectionist and I overcharge myself all the time), gradually I’m improving and leaving countless bad habits!
Oh! Last month I decided to start a new personal project, the 100 days of productivity challenge, this already the fourth week and I’m very satisfied with my results. It involves 05 important daily activities: waking up early, staying focused on studies, read 10 pages of a book, pay attention to the signs of my anxiety and keep my life friendly.
Yeap! August was such a cute month for me and I hope was the same to you. Now September has arrived and is the most special month!!
